Project BMG transformed a former industrial complex, once home to a dance studio, into a distinctive residential enclave comprising eight thoughtfully designed units: seven patio homes and a three-bedroom apartment. The seven houses each feature a private patio garden, and all eight units offer a private front garden and terrace. In addition, residents have access to a collective courtyard garden, a green oasis that encourages community while maintaining privacy. The original industrial character of the building has been carefully preserved, subtly expressed in the new façades of the units, allowing the historic structure to continue telling its story within a contemporary residential setting.
